Closed on a Friday!

Who doesn't love a Friday, especially when it's a pay day! Another deal closed and it's becoming a reoccurring incident of driving the sellers to closing, not that I mind! This was a great deal for all parties involved.our seller gets back up North happily and our Buyer will make a great ROI on this Flip! As for us, another Wholesale in the books and we even got a bunch of really nice free furniture!
